    This loaf was made to be a versatile and flavourful ‘everyday’ bread. It is well suited for toast in the morning, a sandwich for lunch and next to your dinner or cheese board in the evening. It is simple and classic, reminiscent of the French country loaves. We blend 3 flours when making this bread- T55 to give a nice and light texture and a good oven spring, T110 to give a nice grassy flavour, and rye flour to give sweetness and depth.

    Ingredients: Dutch wheat flour T55, biodynamic wheat flour T110 from Germany + biodynamic wholegrain rye flour, water, sourdough starter, seasalt.
