This loaf is light and easy. We fold in toasted sesame seeds, both black and white, giving it a nutty flavour. We prefer to eat this bread with a spread of salted butter and sliced cheese.
Ingredients: Dutch wheat flour T55, biodynamic wheat flour T110 from Germany, organic black and white sesame seeds, water, sourdough starter, seasalt.
